Refund Policy
At Twayam, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned once delivered.
Damage Claims
If you receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product, please contact our customer care within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
In extreme cases of damage during transit (such as leakage, breakage, or missing items), a refund or exchange may be initiated after thorough verification in accordance with our refund policy.
Please note that our products contain active natural extracts. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy. We also advise conducting a patch test as indicated for each product to avoid any adverse reactions.
Refund Policy
Twayam is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the products have been delivered.
To file a claim for missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products, you must provide an unboxing video showing the original packaging.

If you receive a tampered or damaged package, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner.
For issues with orders marked as delivered but not received, contact our customer care within 3 days of the delivery status. No refunds will be issued after this period.
Important Refund Information
- Refund amounts do not include delivery charges, as these are non-refundable by our delivery partners.
- Cash on delivery refunds will be initiated to the provided bank account within 4-7 working days.
- Claims for refunds must be made within 24 hours of order delivery.
- If accepted, refunds may take up to 15 days to process from the date of acceptance by Twayam.
- We will provide all relevant details, including transaction IDs, once the refund is initiated.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch from our warehouses. A gateway charge of 2.5% will be applied to canceled orders.
Refunds for paid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
Once orders are shipped, they cannot be canceled. A fee of ₹75 will be deducted if a prepaid order is returned to us.
